Mr. Dong Zhou is Chief Expert of Radio Technology and Regulation at ZTE Corporation. Dong leads a team responsible for the Research and Development of new radio technology, radio communication technical policy and Radio Regulations. He is the Vice Chairman of spectrum group of GSA and Vice Chairman of spectrum working group of CCSA.
