Damon graduated with a dual bachelor's degree from BIT (Beijing Institute of Technology). He has over 10 years of experience in the enterprise technology industry, with deep expertise in AI Agent solutions and AI Contact Center (AICC) platforms.
In his current role as Head of Overseas Solutions at Udesk, Damon leads presales, solutions architecture, and client implementation engagements for enterprise clients. He has led key engagements with clients in the telecommunications, energy, and financial services sectors.
