Nishtha Mehta

Nishtha Mehta is an experienced facilitator, innovation leadership coach, and PCC-accredited professional coach by the International Coaching Federation. With 24 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to fostering collaboration, leadership transformation, and innovation-driven impact across regions, organizations, and industries. Based in Shanghai since 2005, Nishtha works across China, India, and global markets, supporting brand leaders, founders, and mission-driven organizations in turning vision into action.

She currently serves as Senior Advisor, International, for the Centers of Excellence for AI and Digital Transformation at UNIDO. In this role, she supports the development and expansion of UNIDO’s Centers of Excellence and AIM Global by facilitating best-practice exchange, resource mobilization, and cooperation among member states, local stakeholders, governments, and technology ecosystem partners. Over the years, Nishtha has built trusted partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, international organizations, startup ecosystems, business chambers, and industry networks across sectors including beauty, sports, lifestyle, FMCG, health tech, biotech, IoT, new retail, and more. Guided by her personal motto, “commit to the uncomfortable,” she is also an active mentor, keynote speaker, and advocate for cross-industry talent collaboration.
