Azita Arvani is a global technology executive, board director, and AI transformation leader working at the intersection of AI, connectivity, enterprise innovation, and the future of organizations.
She is Senior Fellow and Executive in Residence at the Center for the Future of Organization at the Drucker School of Management, where her work focuses on AI-enabled transformation, leadership, governance, and organizational change. Through Arvani Group, she advises boards, Fortune 500 companies, and emerging technology firms on AI strategy, edge-to-cloud transformation, ecosystem partnerships, and commercialization.
Azita serves on the board of Tennant Company (NYSE: TNC), a global industrial technology company advancing automation and robotics, and is a member of the Wall Street Journal Board of Directors Council. She previously served on the board of Vuzix (NASDAQ: VUZI), a pioneer in AR smart glasses.
As former CEO of Rakuten Symphony Americas Azita helped scale cloud-native, Open RAN, and 5G solutions across the Americas and contributed to industry policy through the inaugural board of the Open RAN Policy Coalition. Earlier, she held senior innovation, strategy, and venture roles at Nokia, Xerox/PARC, and growth-stage technology companies.
Recognized as “Woman in Tech Leader of the Year” in 2023, Azita is a frequent speaker at global innovation forums. She holds an MS in Management from Stanford University as a Sloan Fellow, an MS in Computer Science from USC, and a BS in Math/Computer Science, magna cum laude, from UCLA.
