With 20 years of experience in the communications and digital intelligence sectors, Wang Chao has long focused on telecom operators’ BSS/OSS core systems, product portfolio development, and digital transformation practices. He previously served as General Manager of the BSS Product Line and Deputy General Manager of the Product Business Division, among other key roles at Whale Cloud. He has led and participated in planning core operator products, solution innovation, and large-scale project implementation, accumulating extensive expertise in telecom business support, operations support, network intelligence, and product commercialization.
In his current role, Wang Chao continues to drive the deep integration of innovative digital intelligence technologies with communications and industry scenarios, helping customers build intelligent productivity.
