He has held senior leadership roles at global giants like Ericsson and Cable & Wireless, where he led mobile network rollouts, product innovation, and commercial strategy across Europe, the Americas and Caribbean – managing teams and operations that generated hundreds of millions in revenue.
Eduardo has also played a key role in multiple startups across telecom, medtech, education and smart infrastructure, where he has defined strategy, secured funding, and driven product success from concept to launch. His expertise spans network diagnostics, customer experience, digital platforms, and emerging technologies like AI and decentralised infrastructure.
As a Co-Founder of Qualoo, Eduardo and his team are building the world’s first decentralized, AI-powered internet intelligence layer—mapping the real Quality of Experience across every network, technology, and country, to help providers compete, regulators enforce, and users thrive.
