Keith Dawson is a veteran telecom engineer, innovator, and the Founder of Qualoo. With over 20 years of engineering expertise and 15 years consulting across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, he’s worked hands-on with national networks, operators, and regulators—developing groundbreaking diagnostic frameworks, NOC systems, and analytics platforms that have transformed network visibility and saved operators millions.
Keith’s career has centred around solving some of the most persistent, systemic challenges in global internet infrastructure—particularly the blind spots between technical operations and real user experience. His frustration with traditional top-down approaches led him to design Qualoo’s DePIN architecture—a decentralised, trustless framework that turns users into network nodes and delivers actionable, transparent performance data to every stakeholder in the ecosystem.
At Qualoo, Keith is the visionary behind the platform. He leads the design of the tools and methodologies that power Qualoo’s diagnostics layer, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and interoperability across global networks. His work continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in decentralised internet measurement and governance.
