GAO Bo
Managing Director
Bo is the Founder and Managing Director of AI Club Asia, an AI-dedicated ecosystem that engages
different stakeholders in AI and focuses on leading-edge AI applications and deployment solutions
across different industries to facilitate AI innovations and implementation across borders between
Europe and Asia, including different government agencies, Universities and institutions, MNCs,
start-ups and scale-ups, and VCs.
She has worked in different leading roles in MNCs in Europe and the Asia Pacific regions, managing
various projects in EMEA and APAC regions, including but not limited to digital transformation &
change management globally and regionally, and contract management with an accumulated value of billions of euros.
Bo has been the mentor, start-up coach & judge for different competitions, and she is passionate
about empowering the young generations and DE&I, especially women entrepreneurs in AI. She
has worked closely with experts and collaborated with leading organisations in the healthcare
sectors in Europe & Asia, especially innovations for the silver economy, longevity and chronic
diseases. She is also the founder of the investor program, including the world-leading VC partners
targeting to facilitate innovation such as healthcare, ESG, Fintech, blockchain, etc. and support for
the globalisation strategy of AI & deep tech, especially solutions that positively impact the world.
Bo is currently the Chair of the Tech Committee and Board Director of the Belgium Luxembourg
Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. Her active involvement as an exco member in various
European-Asian AI and hi-tech communities in Asia and Europe further underscore her leadership
in the tech industry.
As a keynote speaker and moderator, she has been invited to present internationally at prominent
financial, technology, and industry Summits and conferences held by the Belgium Fintech Festival,
Financial Times, With Intelligence, Green Tech Festival, Economist Impact, Institutional Investor, etc.
Bo holds a Master’s Degree from Ecole de Management Grenoble, France, and an Executive
Program Certificate in Leadership & Negotiation from Harvard University, Boston, USA.
