Linda is a seasoned executive bringing over 20 years of rich experience in the telecommunications and mobile industries. In her current role, Linda is dedicated to driving innovation, formulating strategies, and fostering partnerships with mobile operators and international carriers.
Prior to her tenure at PCCW Global, HKT, Linda held leadership positions at Telstra, Pacnet, and Verizon. Throughout her career, she has successfully led cross-functional teams and expanded business operations across various regions. Her expertise spans Mobility, Data, Voice, Submarine Cable, Data Centers, and IP, complemented by her profound understanding of the international market and strong relationships with global carriers.
Beyond her responsibilities at PCCW Global, HKT, Linda actively contributes to the industry and served as Board member of i3Forum, and Advisory Council for Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC), where she leverages her extensive industry knowledge to influence the future of global telecommunications.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
